When an event stops selling activities and tells a story people identify with, communication goes beyond the agenda and becomes a message that moves people emotionally and culturally.
Challenge
The Bazar de la Confianza, a large-scale event of great cultural and social relevance, faced a communication challenge: high volumes of scattered information with no central, unifying concept. Communication was perceived as a stream of announcements about activities, which created overload and resistance among stakeholders, who felt overwhelmed rather than motivated.
Solution
Mosaico Experiencias delivered an integrated umbrella campaign under the concept “Time to Slow Down!”, together with the Confiar Dictionary, a creative strategy that gave new meaning to words from the organization’s culture. The campaign unfolded across transmedia channels, combining digital and offline resources to connect with audiences in a more emotional and meaningful way.
